Rice Thief is a new viral restaurant concept that specializes in traditional Korean cuisine, with a focus on Ganjang Gejang, a popular dish in Korea made from raw soy marinated crab. After months of sharing Mama Jang’s Korean-style marinated seafoods and recipes from a ghost kitchen in Queens, they will be popping up at Hana Makgeolli for two-days only and in person for the first time ever!

Cured seafoods in Korean gastronomy originated as a method of preservation but also to create super flavorful, texturally exciting, umami bombs that pair incredibly well with Hana Makgeolli’s sool.
