WINTER RELEASE

In the spirit of the New Year, this release features two new and exciting styles of brew— 2 cans of MAQ 8 SILKYSONIC and BEOJJU, a sour cherry co-ferment.

The 2025 Spring Release will be in April

  • 2 x MAQ 8 SILKYSONIC - 8 oz | 8% ABV, sedimented, light and refreshing, with a balanced sweetness and fizz (gluten free) 

    BEOJJU - 500 ml | 14% ABV, sour cherry co-ferment made in collaboration with Rose Hill Farm. Still, clarified, light body, with notes of red fruit and tannins

    TAKJU 16 - 750 ml | 16% ABV, sedimented, heavy body, near-dry, with floral notes of melon and apples

    HWAJU 12 - 750 ml | 12% ABV, sedimented, medium body, earthy, infused with chrysanthemum and hydrangea

  • 2 x MAQ 8 SILKYSONIC - 8 oz | 8% ABV, sedimented, light and refreshing, with a balanced sweetness and fizz (gluten free) 

    BEOJJU - 500 ml | 14% ABV, sour cherry co-ferment made in collaboration with Rose Hill Farm. Still, clarified, light body, with notes of red fruit and tannins

  • For the 2025 Winter Release, registration will open on Friday, January 10th and close on Friday, January 24th.

    Release packages will ship out from the brewery the last week of January!

  • Each season, we’ll announce which bottles will be part of our next club releases. Club members will then receive an email offering them a chance to update their addresses, payment information, etc. and an option to suspend their membership if they so choose. Shortly thereafter, payment will be processed and boxes will be packed and shipped out to all club members.
