Makings of Makgeolli is back! Please join us for our next class on Sunday, October 30th to learn about the history of Korean alcohols and the traditional fermentation processes that make them unique. In addition to our discussion, we will be leading an interactive brewing session, in which each participant will prepare their own brew to take home with them and enjoy later!
This Makings of Makgeolli class will be 1.5 hours long and is bound to include a few special treats for Halloween.
Capacity is limited. Be prepared to get a little boozey and get your hands dirty.
