1.5 oz Coconut Milk

0.75 oz Pandan Syrup (recipe below)

1.5 oz Hana Makgeolli Hwaju

0.25 oz Yuzu

2 drops Cardamom Tincture (recipe below)

DIRECTIONS

Shake, Double Strain, Nick and Nora, Dust Pistachio

PANDAN SYRUP

4 cups Frozen Pandan Leaves

2 cups Sugar

2 cups Water

PREPARATION 

  • Rinse the pandan leaves to remove the dirt and cut off the root ends. Chop the leaves into 1-inch pieces 

  • Add pandan leaves and water to a blender and process until the leaves are completely pulverized

  • Strain mixture into a pot and add sugar

  • Heat on medium till the sugar is completely dissolved

  • Allow the syrup to cool

CARDAMOM TINCTURE

16 g Green Cardamom Pods

100 ml High Proof Vodka 

PREPARATION 

  • Lightly crush green cardamom pods 

  • Combine pods and vodka in a sealable glass container 

  • Put in a cool dark place for 5 days, shaking every day

  • Strain through a nut bag into smallest container possible and store in fridge
